Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery during busy periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider.

Shipping Providers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx to deliver your orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States. 

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Some products may have additional shipping restrictions based on size or weight.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged product before filing a claim.

 

Delays and Service Interruptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons
